This one day training course will show you how to:

• Look for the key information/figures on a set of accounts
• Monitor key figures such as monthly sales and expenses
• Understand the importance of monitoring monthly running costs of the business
• Examine reasons for profit/loss on a monthly basis
• Understand cash flow management for a healthy business
• Review and set prices in a growing business
• Understand the importance of effective debtor and creditor management

The session is designed to remove some of the mystery surrounding accounts and to give business owners a better understanding of the key financials of a business.
