Come Exhibit at National Ploughing Championships 2019!

The National Ploughing Championships are back again this September (17-19) in Carlow, with 250,000 consumers visiting this 50-acre exhibition and trade arena, making it a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business!

Longford LEO has one stand available within the Local Enterprise Village to provide a fantastic opportunity to a local business to take full advantage of this unique consumer event! Local Longford businesses are invited to apply with an ‘expression of interest’ form by Wednesday 24th April 2019.

Each company will receive:

  • Exhibition Space (3 x 2 meters; at a subsidised cost of €500)
  • 2 x Exhibitors Passes
  • 1 x space in exhibitor car parking area (general parking is free at the event)
  • Electricity Supply
  • 2 x 13 amp Sockets (any additional electricity requirements must be booked in advance with the providers and will be subject to additional charges)
  • Spot Lights x 2
  • Access to PR Opportunities
  • Exhibition Advice

Please note:

  • Priority will be given to enterprises manufacturing their own product or offering an innovative service relevant to the audience expected at the show
  • Expression of interest forms will be considered centrally
  • Successful applicants will be advised by email in early May 2019
  • Chosen exhibitors must attend a client briefing and photography session in Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow on either the 19th or 20th of June (10am to 4pm). Attendance is compulsory. These sessions provide you with the opportunity to obtain guidance and timelines on the NPA Exhibition, obtain high quality photography which is used for signage, publicity and PR and tips and skills to assist you to plan effectively for the event
  • Set up on site will be subject to the NPA regulations. It is envisaged that setup will be scheduled for 14th-15th September. All companies will be allocated a 4-hour set up time slot. No stands will be permitted to be set up the day before or morning of the event
  • This is first and foremost an opportunity to showcase your products and build contacts with a view to future sales (as opposed to being an event to be measured by sales made over the 3 days)
  • Food companies can serve samples only or sell products for home use
