Customs Workshop: Preparing for Brexit

Open to businesses from all sectors, this Customs Workshop on Preparing for Brexit is a must for everyone to be impacted by Brexit, incoming on 1 January 2021.

Who is the Trainer for this Course?

Lorna Kelly from BDO Customs & International Trade Services.

What will this Customs Workshop Cover?

This course covers vital information you will need to help your business with Brexit, as the transitional period comes to an end and Brexit comes into full effect from the start of next year. Areas covered include customs duty and other import taxes, tariffs and classifying goods, what additional costs and procedures will be encountered and additional documentation and licences you may need.

Importers and Exporters need to know how to move their goods through Customs in Ireland and the UK post-Brexit, with this Course enabling companies to understand both Revenue rules in Ireland and HMRC rules in the UK, as well as post-Brexit simplified-procedures being introduced by both authorities.
