Unit 2 - Risk Assessment / HACCP Management

Unit 3 - Good Hygiene Practice - Pre-Requisite Controls - Personal Hygiene, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Pest, Storage & Transport Controls

Unit 4 - Managing Situations of routine complexity - Supplier Control, Packaging Requirements, Customer Complaints & Product Recall
