Description:

1 Hour Zoom Webinar and  30 min Q & A which will bring Salon owners through the steps to understand elevated hygiene standards and implement reduced contact as the new norm. Q&A session at mid point for 15 minutes and a follow up session at the end for 15 minutes.

  • The new customer – Instiling confidence- Business Policy
  • Physical Environment and Social Distancing & Using technology .
  • Implementing New Hygiene Standards
  • Employee Policies & New Government Protocols on Reopening

Takeaway’s from this workshop:

An understanding of elevated hygiene requirements, social distancing and new protocols required prior to opening, reviewing a check list on areas of cleaning , technology , PPE, employee training & customer charter that need to be in place prior to opening and considerations on additional resources required to reopen.
