Taking place over 2 days, 17th & 24th May, this training course will help existing users of Sage Accounts Software to use the advanced functionality of the software.

By the end of the programme, trainees will be able to use the Sage accounts programme to:-

• Manage Credit Control
• Back up the Accounts Data and understand Data Security
• Reconcile bank statements with Sage accounts
• Perform VAT Reconciliation
• Run Management Reports
• Create invoices and statements to send by email

Day 1

• Revising transaction input procedures
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliation and VAT reconciliation
• E-banking
• Backup and data security
• Error correction

Day 2

• Year end routines
• Chart of accounts
• Running management reports
• Querying the system and reporting
• Transferring Sage data to word and/or excel
• Email invoices and statements

Attendance on the course also entitles each participating company free technical support for 2 months duration after course start date, this  comprises of
