The Consultant on the day will be from iDDea who are currently working with Intertrade Ireland and Enterprise Ireland and their clients through a series of Brexit events and onsite consultations.  iDDea use proven methodologies to give SME's the tools to identify sourcing risks and threats before developing actions to mitigate such risks. 

The 40 minute clinics will include: 

• Information and practical support regarding potential risks when dealing with suppliers linked directly or indirectly with the UK.
• The opportunity to get personalised advice specific to your business.
• Strategic sourcing insights on how a company can successfully take action.
• Consideration of "what if" situations such as if key suppliers are not able to supply at required volumes.
