Information Workshop on the Services of the Commission

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) draws upon its expertise and experience to provide education and information workshops as part of its outreach activities to all sectors with the goal of promoting good industrial relations and positive working relationships.

This Knowledge Development Service workshop focuses on the core WRC services of Conciliation, Advisory, Mediation, Inspection and Enforcement, Information and Customer Service and Adjudication.

At this informal workshop you will learn about the many services the WRC provides including their information service, what is involved in an Inspection, what to expect at an Adjudication hearing, the benefits of mediation and what is involved in conciliation. Representatives from the WRC will be available to answer any queries on a confidential basis
