Youth unemployment remains persistently high in Ireland and across Europe and is increasingly impacting young university students, who after graduating, struggle to find employment commensurate to their knowledge and skills.
Louth County Council is the lead partner in the Employment Alliance which to aims to empower young unemployed or underemployed graduates to become entrepreneurs and high value employees in a short period after leaving university.
