Delivered over one day this course gives participants the skills to provide excellent customer service and to set a standard for all staff to follow. Good customers service is vital for all businesses, large and small. It impacts directly with sales and the profit of the business. The aim of this course is to provide the participants with the knowledge, skill and attitudes necessary to provide excellent standards of service. The course also covers the difference between face-to-face communication and telephone communication.
