This workshop is designed to assist micro businesses make informed decisions as to the time and money investment they will need to make in building their business and brand online. The workshop is being delivered over two mornings on the 2nd and 3rd of March
At the end of this workshop participants should be able to understand how people buy in the new always on, online digital economy. They will have an understanding of how to identify potential customers for their business, how online search engines work, the importance of understanding keywords and how to do a key word analysis. They will understand the most used social media in Ireland, and which of these may or may not be appropriate as a brand development media for their businesses. They will also have an introduction to the functionality and potential of online advertising options.

- How buying and marketing communications has changed in an online world.
- Understanding your customer and market
- To what extent is your customer online and where is that customer?
- How search engines work
- The importance of key word analysis
- Social Media Platforms - strengths, weaknesses, potential
- Online Advertising – strengths, weaknesses, potential
