National Women's Enterprise Day - 12th October

The LEO's Mayo, Galway & Roscommon are teaming up to organise an evening event full of discussion, informal networking and a toast to all the successful female entrepreneurs in the region!

This year's National Women's Enterprise Day event for the West region will take place in The Lodge at Ashford Castle on the 12th of October, beginning at 3:30pm.

Female entrepreneurs such as Orla Cunningham of All in Design and Print and Ursula Kelly of Cormac Tagging are our guest speakers, discussing their entrepreneurial journeys to date, as well as how effective networking benefits their businesses.

Caitlin O'Connor of Accelerating Performance will also be delivering an interactive networking seminar; a seminar which is fast moving, interactive and fun!

A flavour of the seminar includes:

  • Safe cross code to networking
  • Identifying a good referral partner
  • Different ways to generate referrals
  • Mapping your network
  • Achieving your referral goals
  • Books to read on networking
  • How networking can be like dating!
