Aims & Objectives:

The main aim of this course is to illustrate the importance of having a pricing and costing system in place and to show participants practical examples how to manage cashflow.  Other key areas will be discussed, such as credit to customer, length of time it takes to issue invoices to customers, the importance of written contracts and quotations.

 On completion of the course, participants will have a greater awareness of the importance of managing cashflow, pricing and costing and will be able to implement this in their business in order to maximise profit and growth.

Padraig Considine established Professional Accounting Solutions in 1993. He had previously worked in Industry as both a Credit Controller and Financial Controller for a period of over fifteen years.

When the practice commenced it primarily concentrated on looking after the bookkeeping/taxation requirements of the smaller businesses and the self-employed. The business has since evolved and now offers a full range of accounting services.
