Workplace Wellness, Wellbeing, Stress and Nutrition and How to Manage It

On Monday, 10 October, 2016 in the Newgrange Hotel, Navan, Meath LEO will host a Women in Business Network Meeting. Registration and networking at 7.30 pm.  Presentation at 8.00 pm sharp.

LEO is the agency with responsibility for fostering and supporting micro-enterprise in both counties.

The presentation will be on how to manage Workplace Wellness, Wellbeing, Stress, and Nutrition.

The presenter Sarah Keogh has a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity and a Masters in European Food Regulation. She runs a food and nutrition consultancy providing advice on nutrition and diet. Sarah is a regular on TV and Radio and writes for Easyparenting and Maternity and Infant magazine.  An outstanding speaker Sarah specialises in bringing nutrition to life through practical, informative and lively session.

Stress affects everyone and at a certain level can have a detrimental effect on our business ability.  Learn how to manage stress by looking at your diet and how to develop healthy nutritional habits.  Understanding common problems linked to stress will help one attain wellbeing in both business and  personal life.

This presentation will be of interest to businesswomen who wish to improve their wellness and reduce stress levels. There will be advice on nutrition and stress reduction techniques.

There is no charge and it is open to all women in County Meath who have an interest in enterprise, self-employment or entrepreneurship.  It is part of the LEO commitment to fostering and encouraging more women to become involved in self-employment, entrepreneurship or enterprise.  It provides an opportunity for women to network with like-minded women who have an interest in entrepreneurship and who have set up their own businesses or who aspire to owning their own business.
