Local Enterprise Office Meath partners with Bord Bia, SuperValu to deliver the Local Enterprise Offices Regional Food Academy Start Programme. Food Academy is a development programme giving Irish food and drink producers a big chance. Through workshops, mentoring and the opportunity to pitch to SuperValu store owners this is a unique opportunity to see your product on the shelf of one of Ireland’s leading retailers. This Programme consists of four workshops covering 6 modules and at the final workshop, participants will get the opportunity to present their product to a panel for SuperValu and, if successful, can participate in a trial based in local shops, which in the right circumstances, could progress over time to a national listing with SuperValu.
Applications for the 2021 Food Academy programme are now open and the closing date is Friday 23rd of April.
