This is a two day workshop providing participants with a step by step guide to assist them in setting up their own MailChimp operation and integrate email marketing into their overall marketing strategy.
Every business can gain considerably from using existing customer data as a pro-active marketing tool but few exploit this valuable resource to any great extent. Moreover, many websites, particularly in the hospitality sector, invite visitors to register for their newsletter but alas the newsletter seldom arrives.
There are many reasons for this but the main barriers to using email marketing in any business are most likely to be a lack of know-how in the use of free online utilities such as MailChimp, the lack of skills necessary to manage and manipulate existing customer data and the ability to structure an offer within the emailer.
These two half day workshops address all of these issues and will provide a step by step guide to assist users to set up their own MailChimp operation and integrate email marketing into their overall marketing strategy.
