This course is aimed at those considering starting a new business or those who have been in business for less than eighteen months. It is a 4 day course and participants can access content when they wish and book an online coaching session with the trainer when they have each module complete.

Groupwork Discussion on Zoom takes place from 9.30am – 10.30am on each of the above dates and this is them followed by individual coaching sessions throughout the day.

• Marketing basics, Research Questions, Price, The 80/20 Rule, How to Sell, How to Promote, Handling Objections, Closing Business, What's your VP?
• Legal status, Tax Registration, Basic Tax Introduction, Name Registration, Accountant, Banks Accounts, Health and Safety, Financial Cycle, Getting Paid, Funding, Cash Flow and Forecasting, P&L
• Completing a SWOT analysis, How to write an Executive Summary, The Business Plan Template, Writing a Business Plan
• Sign off and ensure they are confident and clear on the next steps Review the business plan if complete and provide feedback
