This will be followed by a Q&A session with a panel of experts in the field of customs, product supply chain and people movement. This is a free event , but places are limited so booking is essential.

Another highlight of the week will be when we are joined by Imen McDonald and Cliodhna Prendergast from Lens & Larder on Monday 4th March, who will deliver a hands-on workshop on food photography and styling. This masterclass will give participants the skills to take mouth-watering pictures of their produce with their smartphones for use on social media. Places are limited so early booking is advised.
