Creating Online Opportunities For Businesses

The Coronavirus is affecting business and consumer behaviour on a massive scale and we know that businesses are under threat and experts are predicting changes across industries. But, this is also likely to boost digital media platforms as people have to now spend more time at home and are using online platforms to communicate with friends and loved ones.  This online course will help participants to create online opportunities using online platforms for customer engagement, interaction and sales.

Objective:

To create online opportunities using online platforms for customer engagement, interaction and sales using content marketing tools, e-commerce and social media marketing.

Content:

  • To look at how companies can tap into this growing online audience by engaging with customers and clients using content marketing tools such as blogging for business, webinars, podcasts, and online forums.
  • To consider how social media marketing can increase customer engagement and look at paid advertising for Facebook and Instagram
  • To discuss how to increase sales by using online selling, for example Facebook stores, and different e-Commerce solutions for websites and their pros and cons.
