Improving Business Performance Clinics

These one hour, one-to-one clinics have been designed for business owners/managers that want to improve business performance through increasing productivity and implementing cost saving measures. The aim of these clinics is to identify areas in the business that could be improved and highlighting areas that might need further attention. These are essentially introductory clinics which will introduce the business to key principles used to improve performance and sign posting them to further supports available from the Local Enterprise Office, such as the Lean Programme, training or mentoring.
