This workshop is aimed at managers, owners and thise key people that deal with administration and email in small and micro businesses.

Objective of the training;

Providing participants with basic awareness with regard to; 

• Email good practices (based on data protection experience)
• How to spot a phishing email, a smishing message, a spearing mail (based on Cyber Risk Aware training platform)
• Basic essential IT security (based on cyber essentials criteria)

Certificates;

Upon completion of the assessment, a certificate of attendance with grade can be issued vie email if required.
