Monaghan LEO in partnership with the Monaghan Town Team have developed a Retail Workshop Series; Trading With An Edge. We now present workshop 1 of 3; focusing on Customer Service Excellence and Cost Savings.

The 3 * Retail specific workshops aptly called "Trading with An Edge" are designed to assist in the development of local retail businesses.

The first one takes place on 28th of Feb and will run from 6.15-8pm, in the Hillgrove Hotel and will cover :

Customer Service

Charlie Boyle CEO from Customer Service Excellence will present on "Engaging the Customer in the Experience Economy". This will involve looking at the importance of outstanding customer service, creating entertaining and engaging props, creating energy and understanding how consumers purchase experiences as well as products.

Cost Savings

Local businessman, Oli Gleeson from Profit Watch has developed a number of saving tools to help you uncover multiple hidden costs within your retail business. Although food waste management is a specialty, Profit Watch, will also advise on how lean practices such as switching energy providers and use of energy efficient fittings can reduce your overheads and increase the bottom line!

The evening will commence with presentations and will be followed by interactive focus groups sessions on Cost Savings and Customer Services.
