Offaly Local Enterprise Office is pleased to offer a Grow Your Business Programme from 10 October to 28 November 2024. This programme will commence & finish with an “in-person” session in the Tullamore Court Hotel. The other sessions will be held online. The sessions will be 2.5 hours in duration. Each participant will also be able to avail of two one-to-one sessions with the trainers. 

This programme will focus on developing a strategic approach to growing a business while gaining a greater understanding of the Business Purpose, Customer Value Proposition and Business Model with practical guidance on Pricing, Finance, including profitability and margin analysis & Cash-flow, Sales & Marketing and Personal Effectiveness, while at all times keeping focus on the ultimate goal of helping participants to devise a strategic growth plan, with specific, measurable objectives and actions.
