Born and bred in the West of Ireland, James returned home in 1991 following a successful stint working in Belgium and Luxembourg.  Within a few years he had transformed the BMR-Slendertone brand and in 1997 he started Lifes2good - bringing to market clinically proven health and beauty products that improve peoples lives.  James grew the company by championing a marketing model comprising of direct sales to consumers through database and internet marketing in addition to selling into pharmacy chains and health stores.  In 2007 Lifes2good acquired the Viviscal brand when this business had a turnover of €700k.  Ten years on, in January 2017, Lifes3good sold the Viviscal brand for €150 million!
