If you are an ambitious business owner who gets frustrated when you can’t find the time to fulfil your ambitions, and you’re often feeling overworked and underpaid, then the Lean for Business programme is for you.

This programme delivers:

  • Greater levels of productivity and profit for your business
  • Frees up time increasing capacity for growth
  • Reduces stress for everyone

Lean is about being effective and efficient – doing things quicker, better, cheaper, together; Better systems & processes and your people working together as a team. Lean is not just for corporates or manufacturing businesses; it is being implemented successfully in businesses of all sizes and sectors and across all parts of a business.

This programme is delivered through online workshops & mentoring sessions with Paula McNicholas from Lean Team Strategies who was recently awarded Ireland’s Lean Service Provider of the Year, for the results delivered through Lean for Micro Programmes.

“We applied to go on the Roscommon LEO Lean Programme and we were delighted with the results.   In fact, I couldn’t believe the results!  It culminated in myself saving one day a week on production, which meant I could concentrate on business development. The simple yet effective changes to our workflows increased productivity upwards of 40%”  Matt Bannon, MD, The Print Depot

“Working with Paula from Lean Team Strategies provided us with a valuable outsider’s view on our business.   She challenged our way of doing things and brought about changes to the layout and processes that realised significant cost and staff-time savings, allowing more capacity for growth. She is an expert in her field and from start to finish made us aware of significant ways to improve productivity”  Yvonne Waldron, Waldron Meats

It was a real eye opener for management and staff and proved to us that we could make substantial savings by implementing new systems/processes.   It did require a ‘buy in’ from all the team and initially some staff didn’t like the change, but everyone could see the benefit after a few weeks.   I would recommend any business to look at ‘Lean’ within their organisation as it has potentially great savings.   We are able to be more competitive in our pricing, staff are not under the same pressure and our production has increased during each shift”.     Molloys Bakery & Honest Gluten Free Bakery

“We found Paula very helpful to our business.   It really helps to have someone from outside the business come in and look at the set up.  We have put in place a number of changes which has resulted in a smoother and more efficient picking system for our employees”.   Fergal Cormican, Cormicans Office, Art & Schools Supplies.

The Programme will consist of 2 x 3 hour online workshops

Plus one onsite visit, as appropriate

Plus up to 6 online mentoring sessions per business
