BREXIT / EXPORT Consultant: Tony McNally

Tony has engaged with many LEO offices delivering Brexit Seminars and 1:1 clinics since July 2018 and continues to do so today. He has worked with various LEO’s and includes Mayo, Leitrim, Longford, Roscommon, Westmeath, Kildare and Dublin. He has also delivered Brexit clinics to member clients of Udaras Na Gaeltachta.

He assists small business owners with the preparation of their Brexit action plans starting with their main concerns on Brexit challenges. This includes helping them to prepare alternative sales and procurement models which can then be used to run Brexit scenarios. It also includes how to carry out a structured Brexit risk assessment, how to prioritise risks and how to develop action plans to deal with the risks identified. He also introduces business owners to the EEN programme as a sales and procurement platform.

He has advised to all business sectors and includes retail, general manufacturing, distribution, professional services, hospitality and many more.
