Objective: To provide participants with the knowledge of how to become a ROS customer and use
ROS to its full potential.
Course Content:
- How to log onto the Revenue website.
- Demonstrate the 3 steps to become a ROS customer.
- Log onto ROS as a ROS customer
- Demonstration of filing a return on line for VAT, income tax, etc.
- Uploading file created off line.
- Download ROS off line application.
- Downloading and completing ROS forms off line.
- Using the in box facility for returns, payments, refunds, etc.
