It will explore ways that a business can increase its chances of success and highlights the important elements that must be considered throughout the tendering process. NOTE: In order to participate on Remote Training, you must have access to reliable Wi-Fi, have a microphone & camera on your laptop/PC. Having both your camera and microphone on facilitates an interactive workshop, thereby enhancing learning and making for a more enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

This two day (Two Mornings) training, delivered via zoom, is designed for senior management to include finance, marketing and technical people who want to learn how to leverage opportunities presented by Public Procurement Tenders in Ireland and the UK. It will explore ways that a business can increase its chances of success and highlights the important elements that must be considered throughout the tendering process. Objective: At the end of the workshops, participants should:

  1. Have a full understanding of the tendering process

  2. Know how you can utilize the tender process to develop your client base and increase revenue

  3. Have an increased understanding of the motivations, requirements and methodologies of the tendering company

  4. Know how to increase your chances of being short listed and what to do at a shortlisting interview/presentation

  5. Be aware of the potential issues and pitfalls in submitting tenders, as well as how to avoid/overcome them.
