Pádraic is a veteran business coach and business person who has extensive experience
and success in coaching business owners to develop game-changing business practices. From March to December last year, in response to
Covid19, he coached over fifty business owners online to game-changing success. Clients from all up and down the west coast succeeded in
pivoting their businesses to ensure that they stayed in the game, with many others having their best year ever. He is applying the
approaches and learnings from that period in 'The Game Changer' Programme.

The Programme is a combination of online group sessions and one-to-one work between Padraic and participants.

The Game Changer Programme is for business owners who are:

• aware that their business environment has changed radically
• a little afraid and uncertain as to what the change will bring
• excited about creating a different type of business to respond to the change

The Group and 1-1 sessions will help you to develop skills vital to ensuring your business can survive and thrive in these challenging times.

• A five-step practical problem solving process
• Mastering the inner game of business

METHODOLOGY - You will be taught game changing approaches to:

• Strategy
• Marketing
• Sales
• Customer service
• Team building
• Time management
• Profit first

MASTERMIND - Participants learn best in an action learning environment where they get the opportunity to engage and interact and
problem solve with other like minded business peers. The game changing component of this programme is that you will
get to focus and work on one Game Changer for your business to be accomplished within the twelve weeks of the programme.
This ensures that the programme is competitive, motivational and best of all, holds you accountable for real results for your business.

The programme will help you to:

• Audit your existing business in the light of the new business world
• Create a game plan that will enable you to boldly capitalise on new markets and new opportunities
• Develop the inner game required to do business in the new environment
• Adapt new marketing techniques currently working
• Create an exit plan for your business

Group Sessions take place on the following dates:

March 3rd, 10th, 24th, April 7th, April 21st and May 5th.

Each participant receives 6 x 1hr. 1-1 sessions with Pádraic over the 9 weeks of the Programme.
