To Prepare for this session please consider the following:

Reflect on Early Money Memories:
Consider your earliest memories of interacting with money as a child.
How did you acquire that money (gift, earned, found)?
How did it make you feel (happy, anxious, responsible)?
What did you do with the money (spend, save, share)?
Consider journaling or "writing a letter to money" to explore these memories more deeply.

On the Day:
Please bring a small amount of cash with you for a brief exercise designed to further explore your relationship with money.
