What Money is mine, & what belongs to the Business?

At the end of a long week, how can the entrepreneur know what money they can take from their till or bank account and still know that proper records are being kept to ensure the business is tax compliant? Let this half-day Workshop help you answer this tricky question!

Issues covered include:

  • What exactly are 'drawings'?
  • What is the difference between 'drawings' and salary?
  • What business expenses are regarded as 'drawings'?
  • How are 'drawings' treated in a set of accounts?
  • How can I establish how much money I can take from my business?
  • How much can I afford to pay myself?
  • How can I improve my current cash flow to maybe mean I can pay myself more?

N.B. Participants will also receive a 30-minute, 1-1 session with the Trainer in the week following the Workshop.
