The National Ploughing Championships are being held in Screggan, Tullamore, Co Offaly from Sept 20th – 22nd 2016 where over 250,000 consumers will visit a 50 acre exhibition and trade arena. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the quality and high standards of goods and services supported by the Local Enterprise Office. 
 
As part of its National Programme the Local Enterprise Offices are hosting a Local Enterprise Village to provide an opportunity for clients to take full advantage of this unique consumer event. Each Local Enterprise Office has 2 stands available for its clients.
 
Local Enterprise Office South Cork is now inviting any clients interested in availing of one of the stands at the show to please complete an “expression of interest” form and return it to our office at the earliest opportunity. Unfortunately places are extremely limited. Please note that priority will be given to enterprises manufacturing their own product or offering an innovative service relevant to the audience expected at the show. The closing date for Expressions of Interest is 29^th April 2016.

The cost of stands is highly subsidised and it costs €600 for a 3 X 2 metre stand.
 
Please note food companies can serve samples only or sell products for home use.
 
Please note that any costs of rental of chilled display cabinets or purchase/rental of additional equipment will have to be borne by the promoter themselves.
 
Once your booking has been received it will be considered centrally and successful applications will be advised via e-mail on 13^th May 2016.
 
Chosen exhibitors will be expected to attend a client briefing and photography session at one of the following locations:  
 

 
Your particular session will be advised at confirmation of booking stage. Sessions will be at 9.30am , 11.00am & 1pm. Attendance at one of these briefings is compulsory as part of your booking. 
 
These sessions are really important for the exhibition in that they provide you with an opportunity to (1) Obtain Guidance on the NPA Exhibition (2) High Quality Photography which is used for signage and publicity and PR (3) Meet our Exhibition Contractor to discuss further requirements
 
Please note setup is scheduled for 18^th-19^th September 2016 and all companies must be available for setup the day prior to the event.
