The Food Academy Programme has been developed by Bord Bia, Super Valu, and the Local Enterprise Offices since 2013, and provides a platform for food producers to successfully get to market. In it, you will learn to understand pricing, margins, food packaging and safety, and learn how to pitch and prepare your marketing plan.
