The Food Academy Programme has been developed by Bord Bia, Super Valu, and the Local Enterprise Offices since 2013, and provides a platform for food producers to successfully get to market. It is necessary to successfully complete the Food Starter Programme before moving onto the Food Academy programme. In it, you will learn to understand pricing, margins, food packaging and safety, and learn how to pitch and prepare your marketing plan.
