LEAN Best Practices... an effective and tested method of reducing operating costs and removing waste from operations.

Since it began in 2015, the LEAN for Micro Programme run by the Local Enterprises (LEOs) has had over 2,000 businesses benefitting from its expertise and principles.

Allyson English and Stuart Nelson of Jigsaw Better Business are delivering this half day workshop - providing an introduction to the principles of LEAN and will illustrate how the one-to-one mentoring you will received in the LEAN for Micro Programme can transform how you run your business for the better!

  • This is a hands-on facilitated workshop from the Award-winning LEAN Team in Jigsaw Better Business.
