This programme provides a quick introduction to these tools, so that participants can discover the most useful and relevant to their enterprises.

This programme will also utilise a variety of training methods including:

• Power point slides
• Practical exercises and
• Examples to encourage participants’ involvement and interaction. 

A combination of group and individual exercises will be used to keep participants engaged whilst imparting the practical knowledge and understanding of topics covered. 

Participants on this programme are entitled to offsite support during the programme and for a reasonable period after it concludes, this support is offered by email, phone, Skype etc. as well as one to one support during the programme (before or after each session).
