The Programme – Why you should participate!

The Owner Management Development programme is aimed at owner managers of small businesses, who are anxious to acquire the extra skills/knowledge to develop their business on to the next stage. The content and intensity of the programme modules will be based on the training need requirements of the participating companies

14. Planning for Success  

One to One Support

Each Participating company will receive a minimum of 3 on site visits that will address the key critical issues facing your business. The visits also provide the opportunity for redefining the learning points from the workshops and start applying them to the management of your business.

The Trainer

The Owner Management Development programme will be delivered by a practical, top management and experienced training company called Management Resource Institute (MRI).  Based in Wexford, MRI have been developing and delivering Management programmes for over eight years. This programme is also certified by the Waterford Institute of Technology.
