This programme is aimed at providing participants with an understanding of the benefits of having a Facebook Business page. Participants will learn how to set up a Facebook business page to effectively promote their business, product or service. Participants will learn how to engage the customer and build brand loyalty by increasing likes, shares and reach. Participants should already have a personal Facebook page and be comfortable with functionality prior to attendance at this course as time will not allow for tutor to instruct in setting up a Facebook page.
