LIGHTHOUSE SOUTH EAST PROGRAMME

In partnership with Enterprise Ireland

OUTLINE

The 2020 business world has changed, and despite the myriad of challenges this has brought, the opportunity for successful innovation has never been higher. It has been proven that companies who invest in innovation have higher levels of increased sales, profitability and exports.  As an entrepreneur you may know that you could do things better but don’t know where to start or have a new concept on your mind but don’t have the step by step structure in place to test it in the marketplace.

The Lighthouse South East programme, delivered in partnership with Enterprise Ireland, will build confidence and success in a company’s innovation culture by testing their semi-incubated idea in tandem with their innovation capability.  Programme delivery will be led by Laurence Knell of Strategic Innovation Partners Ltd.

Laurence Knell is a director of Strategic Innovation Partners and an experienced strategy, innovation and leadership consultant. He has worked in Ireland and internationally with leaders and executives in a wide range of sectors across SMEs, multi-national companies and state bodies. His sectoral experience spans technology, transportation, finance, pharmaceutical, FMCG, agri-business, film & animation and engineering.

Laurence will be joined on the programme by co-director of Strategic Innovation Partners Grainne Millar. Grainne is a leading management consultant in the area of collaboration and innovation with over 18 years’ experience working in Ireland and Europe.
