Essential Taxation and VAT Bootcamp for Small Business
This 3-session virtual course runs 11, 18 &25 September and provides participants with a good understanding of taxation, VAT, Cashflow and debt management for a small business.
The purpose of this course is to remove the mystery around these tops and provide the participants with a real understanding of how tax and VAT works. Practical advice is given by the trainer together with examples of purchases book, cashbook, VAT form. Advice will be given on how to manage credit and cashflow.
The aim of the course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to maintain the necessary financial records for their business and improve their understanding of the financial and accounting aspects that is expected to meet all legislative and revenue requirements.
Participants will also gain an understanding of how to calculate:
- Wages
- Holiday pay
- PAYE
- The importance of cashflow in a business
