At the end of the workshop, each participant will have a Twitter account set up for their business, understand how they can use Twitter successfully and understand the importance of Twitter etiquette.

• An introduction to Twitter and how it differs from other social networks like Facebook and Instagram
• Creating a Twitter strategy and setting some goals and targets
• Setting up an account – each participant will be given the time to create an account and they will be walked through the key features and how to send public and private tweets 
• How to upload images and video
• Twitter demographics – a run through the demographics of who is using Twitter, enabling participants to gauge how effective Twitter will be for their business
• Understating Twitter timeline filter and how to increase organic reach and engagement
• Creating great visual content using a range of free tools like Canva
• Using Twitter smartphone app
• Hashtags – what they are, creating a hashtag and how to use them effectively
• Twitter insights – accessing and understanding Twitter insights reports
• Case Studies – showcasing relevant case studies
