New Frontiers at WIT now accepting applications

New Frontiers is Enterprise Ireland’s national entrepreneur development programme for innovative, early-stage startups. It is a three-phased programme, based in 14 campus incubation centres with Arc Labs Innovation centre Waterford Institute of Technology the hub for Waterford applicants.

The New Frontiers Entrepreneur Development Programme is targeted at entrepreneurs and early stage start-up companies who have a well thought-out innovative business idea or an innovative technology that has the potential to be developed into a scalable high potential start-up company.

The programme is open to applications from a diversity of sectors including; food & consumer products, information & communication technology, engineering & electronics, medical devices, biotechnology, pharma, digital media, cleantech/renewable energy and eligible internationally traded services. Applicants should have enthusiasm, confidence and single-mindedness about setting up and running their own business and should be committed to spending time on researching the market potential and launching a new business.

New Frontiers is an intensive training and support programme that provides business master classes, mentoring, desk space, networking, plus €15,000 in financial support (subject to eligibility) to accelerate business start-up growth.
