Thinking Around Corners - Session 1 - Resilence

This Series will will explore resilience and why resilience is so vital to business development. This series will look at how to develop and maintain resilience within your business whilst assisting you with identifying what's not great about too much resilience and how to avoid resilience pitfalls.

This programme will be lead by Dr. Feargal O’Neill who is MD of ATPO . ATPO helps organisations to identify blocks to development, re-establish momentum and grow to full potential. Feargal has extensive experience as a psychologist working with children and adults. Feargal also has considerable experience in the management and leadership of small and large teams of professional and administrative staff. At senior management level Feargal has been directly responsible for system development and change in a government body in the following areas: Continuing Professional Development, Research and Development, Data Management, Induction Processes, Internal and External Communication, Policies and Protocols, Legal Affairs and Organisational Review. Feargal is the creator and curator of the Resurgence 25X series of events that aims to support a vibrant and sustainable recovery both locally and globally from Covid-19.
