Lean Construction Ireland (LCi), and CIF, Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland, Lean Business Ireland, LOETB, and local LEO are delighted to invite you and your colleagues to attend the 1st of a series of Regional Collaborative Engagement Events on Tuesday the 24th of April 2018 at the Tullamore Court Hotel, O’Moore Street, Tullamore, Co Offaly.

7.00pm – 7.15: Welcome Address from Chairperson of Lean Construction Ireland & CIF Regional Manager
7.15pm – 7.45 pm: What is Lean? What is Lean Construction? Why would you start your company on the Lean Construction path? Case studies of Success in the Midlands area. What is LCi? Why is it important as a Country and as a Company to pursue a Lean Construction path? Where can you get help in your area? How can you access Technical Experts and Financial & Training Supports in your area?
7.45pm – 8.00pm: Q&A – Closing Summary
8.00pm – 8.30pm: Refreshments – Networking
