Public Submissions invited for the Westmeath Tourism Strategy 2016-2020

Westmeath County Council is in the process of preparing a Tourism Strategy for the county for the period 2016 – 2020. The Strategy shall set out a number of specific measures to ensure that the tourism product in Westmeath is successfully developed to its full potential and positively contributes to the economic and social wellbeing of the county and the wider region.

A Tourism Strategy Issues Paper has been prepared in order to stimulate debate on key tourism issues within County Westmeath and is available to view on the link below or by hardcopy on request.

Interested parties are invited to submit written views / observations / suggestions to assist in the preparation of the Westmeath Tourism Strategy not later than Friday 18th March 2016.
