A selection process occurs, once selected, thereafter there is a fee of €200 to participate - Aimed at: Owner/Managers of SME's in business for 36 months or more.

The Programme – Why you should participate!

The Owner Management Development programme is aimed at owner managers of small businesses, who are anxious to acquire the extra skills/knowledge to develop their business on to the next stage. The content and intensity of the programme modules will be based on the training need requirements of the participating companies

15. Exploring Exporting potential 

One to One Support

Each Participating company will receive a minimum of 3 mentoring visits that will address the key critical issues facing your business. The mentoring will also provide the opportunity for redefining the learning points from the workshops and start applying them to the management of your business.
