By booking a session on this clinic, you can gain advise on the full range of HR issues including employment rights from recruitment, where you have to take care not to discriminate, through probation periods, performance management, restructuring, changing terms and conditions, lay off and the order of return.

You can raise any employment issue you may have and the mentor can assist with the resolution.

This session can also provide advice to employers on how to get the most from their greatest asset their people, and the mentor has expertise in the following areas:

 HRS Consultants provide HR Services to companies with no HR and support for companies that do. They represent employers and sometimes employees at third parties. The company also provides mentoring to companies through the Local Enterprise Offices.

You will be requested to fill out an application form which will give the consultant some some background to your business.  On completion you will be required to fill out a one page evaluation form.

Before Applying 

1. In order to ensure the mentoring session is as beneficial as possible, it is critical that applicants include a description of the business and details of areas to be addressed at the mentoring session
2. This information must be included in the text box entitled 'Notes'  on the booking page
3. Applicants are asked to include the following information in this text box:

• Number of months trading
• Description of the business and business activities
• Summary of areas where support is required

Delivery

This 1 Hour & 15 mins session will be delivery via Zoom, online or telephone.  The business mentor will contact business owners prior to the meeting to organise the exact time of meeting
