LEO Wexford is looking for a brilliant small business to compete in the National Enterprise Awards!
The Local Enterprise Office Wexford is inviting businesses to be the 'County Wexford Finalist' and represent the county in the National Enterprise Awards 2017.
Eligibility:
In order to take part in the local competition to try and qualify for the National Awards your business must:
- Have 10 employees or less;
- Have been in receipt of grant assistance or other supports (e.g. training, mentoring) from LEO Wexford within;
- Be based in County Wexford
Successful shortlisted businesses will be required to attend a judging and interview day prior to the Local Awards ceremony which will take place on 9th March at 3pm in the Wexford County Council Chamber in Carricklawn, Wexford Town.
Local Prize Fund: Local Winner receives €2,500 cash & Local Runner Up receives €1,000 cash
The Local Winner will proceed to the National Enterprise Awards.

The National Enterprise Awards then take place in the Mansion House in Dublin on 25th May 2017 with the overall National Winner receiving €10,000. At the National Awards, there will be eight Regional Prizes of €2,000 awarded along with a further three prizes of €5000 each for: The Best Export Business; The Best Start-Up Business and An Innovation Award.

The deadline for receipt of applications to the local competition is 5pm on Friday 24th February.
