Big Red Cloud Computerised Accounts:

Objective:

To enable a business to set up and operate Big Red Book Computerised Accounts system.

Course Content:

• To set up a business on Big Red Book Cloud
• To set up back accounts, analysis categories, VAT rates, suppliers, customers.
• To understand fully all the basic books of entry and to input all relevant data
• To extract and understand all month end reports
• To use the system in a practical and logical manner
• To back-up and restore all data
• Inputting data into all books of entry – purchase books, cheques journal, sales invoice book, cash book petty cash book
• Extracting reports – bank reconciliation, debtor’s reports, creditors reports
• VAT on sales invoices basis and on cash receipts, nominal reports, profit and loss, trail balances.
