Programme Details:What is content marketing?

Content marketing refers to the distribution of the created content to advertise, build an audience and client base. This will also be the distribution of your content from your website through email newsletters, social media and even outside digital sources.  Work smarter, not harder

Content creation does not need to be hard work. We should be creating content once on the website and then share the specific content where possible and needed.  Types of content: Blogs, website pages, videos, voice recordings, photocollages

Channels

Often confused as content, channels or platforms are just that: a distribution outlet, a way to get the message to your audience. Don’t spend your precious time listening to each social media channel demanding you spend energy making their platform look good instead of your own website. Owned media versus  Remember you do not own your Facebook likes or Pinterest page followers – the only thing you truly own is your website and your email database. Hierarchy of value

You want someone who has never heard of your brand climb all the way up to a referring buyer and your strategy and content should support this flow. Content plan Based on a simple framework we will create a content plan for the next three months that can be repeated and adapted over time.

Aim of Programme:

To understand the logic behind content marketing versus "blogging" or "social media marketing" and why it's smarter and a better use of your resources. Secondly to be able to design a content plan going forward and to implement it on a consistent manner.
