This half day workshop is aimed at companies interested in promoting their business through Facebook.

Objectives:

This course will demonstrate the use of Facebook as a marketing tool for business managers/owners who have limited experience using the Social Media Platform.  Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to use Facebook to promote their business. 

Contents:

  • How to create a business page.  Participants will have a personal profile if they do not already have one and understand how to navigate to and set up a business page. 
  • Uploading images.  Participants will learn how to upload and use images for their business via Mobile App and Desktop formats.  Where necessary they will learn how to transfer pictures and provide materials to support this. 
  • Increase likes and reach.  Participants will learn how to increase their digital marketing and brand presence in their target audience's mind. 
  • Schedule posts.  Participants will learn how to leverage their time properly using posts that are scheduled to be posted on a frequent basis. 
  • Research content.  Participants will have a better understanding why posting interesting content can make all the difference and how to source said content.
